About Us

Sibley & Co Construction is a trusted building and project management company based in Falmouth, Cornwall, owned and run by Joe Sibley.

Born and bred on the Isles of Scilly, Joe brings a deep understanding of high-quality, bespoke construction to every project. Sibley & Co specialises in new builds, extensions and renovations, delivering tailored solutions for both residential and commercial clients across Falmouth and the wider South West.

Joe holds a First Class degree in Building Surveying from the University of Plymouth and has over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, working on a diverse range of projects from private homes to large-scale developments. His background includes senior roles such as:

• Project Manager at Macegreen Consulting

• Facade Manager at Kier Construction

• Contracts Manager at Kingsley Developments

Alongside these roles, Joe has successfully led and managed complex new build and renovation projects, including schemes delivered to Passivhaus standards, with a strong focus on quality, precision and craftsmanship.

Beyond construction, Joe has volunteered with the RNLI for over 10 years as a Helm, Navigator, Mechanic and Coxswain, demonstrating the same commitment, reliability and attention to detail that underpins Sibley & Co’s approach to building.
